Under this option the client can enjoy the permanent and personalized advice from a professional player with which he can play a golf game or any other type of activity to the taste of the client, as lessons to improve his game.
This option allows the customer who has no handicap to play on course; this could not be done if he was not in company of a professional.
2. Green Fee
Includes the green fee and reservation but also privileges offered by our company. For example; having the possibility of acquiring tee times without having to be queuing up. Playing at privileged hours on certain clubs and having the company make the reservations. This is a great relief because each course operates differently.
3. Playing without handicap
The advantage of being accompanied by a professional is that the customer can go out and play but also take lessons on the course, helping them to improve their game.
4. Advice about the different golf courses
The customer will have the privilege of knowing on which conditions he’ll find the course on the one he is going to play also any of its peculiarities.This way the customer can select the type of course that best suits his taste.
5. Advice about which course is the most suited to their needs
Advice on which course is most suited to the client's needs, with reference to his skill level and his available time.
OBSERVATIONS
License and handicap (handicap card) or a certifying document from the customer’s usual golf club are necessary on holidays morning.
In various courses Friday is considered a holiday.
Playing in the Golf courses of El Prat and Masia Bach applies an extracharge of € 50/player and holidays € 100/player.
Playing in courses outside the province of Barcelona applies an extracharge of € 30 per person.
Participation of a player from the European Tour represents a supplement charge of € 100 (reconfirmation must be done and subject to availability).
In case of Failure to fulfill requirements
In case that the client gets to the course breaching the rules of
etiquette (not permitted jeans, T-shirts, etc…), the company is not liable
if the club denies the permission to play. Also if the client gets late
to the course The company will strive to solve the problem, but is not
responsible. Adverse weather, is in no way cause for complaint or return
of contracted services.
Important Note
All reservations require 24 hours prior to the service so this can be carried out with full guarantees.
Otherwise, the activity could suffer changes. To reserve any of the options it will be essential to bill of the full service charge.
In the event of cancellation of the service contracted up to 72 hours before the start of the activity, the client will be refunded the entire amount, except 10% as administration costs.
Should the client cancel the service between 72 and 24 hours beforehand, 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to the day of the service, this will be charged in full.
